Success

Today lunch consisted of buttered noodles with parmesan cheese, all while sitting on the potty and watching Caillou on the computer.

Whatever it takes to get the tee-tee off my carpet and into the toilet.

"It's too hard, mom," she says.

And then, success!!!!

After that, it was one big chocolate, color wonder party around here.

Not to mention, Dora band-aids.

But you should have seen her face when she found out it's not a one time deal.  "Again?!!!" she exclaimed with dismay.

Hilarious. I love the first picture. Congratulations to Miss Ada and her big accomplishment. I know you're thrilled!!! Hang in there, girl, you're doing a great job w/ the kiddos!!! Remember, this is just a season - John will be sleeping before you know it!!!

LOVE the bandaids on John :) It's funny what the second child will be subjected to by their elder siblings :)

Yea!!!! Big deal. Awww, John! I remember that little shirt. It seems like just yesterday Andrew was wearing it. Well, it pretty much was.

One thing I did for Samuel - he got a prize/special thing/praise for being dry. SO, it wasn't just going in the potty but every once in a while I would check to see if he was dry and then he could get a prize - different than the actually hitting the target prize. I think it helped him connect "this is no a one time deal thing" - just a thought - keep going - she'll be potty trained before you know it.
