Ada is at a stage where she is constantly on the go. From the time I get her out of bed in the morning and put her on the floor, she is nonstop exploring, climbing, crawling, pulling up, etc. etc. It is actually a very fun time for us because I feel like for the first time there is real interaction between us. To be honest, it has given me much more fulfillment as a mom to have Ada respond to me in the way that she does now. She points to things and tries to talk to me, and I am trying to teach her new words. And I know that she understands me because when I ask her things like, "where is the fan?" she immediately points to the fan.
Today, I snapped some pictures of her doing her daily exploring around the master bedroom. Enjoy.

As someone who has only just begun my life as a stay-at-home mother, I have often wondered "What would I do all day?" I am finding out that there is much more to it than a life of leisure doing what ever I want when ever I want! And it is so nice to hear someone else say that they are enjoying more interaction from their child =) Luke was adorable when he was so cute and little, but the older he gets, the more I am enjoying him! At 14 months, he is lots of fun to play and interact with and it just keeps getting better!
She's so precious! I can't believe how much she looks like Scott sometimes!
So I'd thought I'd let you know that I just started my own blog! I'm so new though, and I don't know what I'm doing. Maybe I will figure it out soon!

Laura Beth, I just showed Ada off to one of my roomates, and she said to tell you that you must come stay! In all seriousness, they did say that we could do some major cleaning before and close Carly up in the one hallway so that she won't be free in the living room.
