I'm feeling disloyal

As you all know, Kroger won my heart a long time ago. By doubling coupons and offering such great deals with the Kroger plus card (not to mention .10 off gasoline), I thought Kroger and I would be together forever.

Here's the thing. Lately, Publix is catching my eye. They are wooing me with there BOGO deals. And this week was the clincher. As I was making my grocery lists today for tomorrow's shopping trip, I realized that the Publix list was longer than the Kroger list. It looks like I am crossing over. Don't get me wrong. I am by no means breaking it off with Kroger completely, but I do think we have to take it down a notch. I need to make room in my life for Publix, after all.

p.s. Juicy Juice is back on sale BOGO. I mean, who wouldn't be won over by that?

I absolutely love my Publix!! I know I pay a little more, but they are actually about 8-10 miles closer than any other grocery store, so that helps a little too. I'm learning a little about the couponing, so maybe it won't actually cost more once I get the hang of it.

As a Publix employee, I applaud you for your new found love. Welcome! I get so excited every Wednesday when I get to see the new circular! B1G1 here I come!

We LOVE Publix! I get most of my great deals there with the BOGO sales and coupons. But, my meat mainly comes from Kroger still because they seem to have better markdowns and more sales on it. B4 coupons, I would only buy meat and produce from Publix, but now I must spread the love! :)
Also, the College Inn Broth is on sale BOGO this week. I used a Publix coupon found in the winter savings book and coupons from an insert. FREE! I stocked up on it so that we can make cornbread dressing for Christmas and soups for the winter. :)
