Things I'm Wishing for Today

1. These boots from Target that will turn all my summer dresses (plus a cardigan or jacket) into perfect fall wear:) I have to get creative when I can't afford to buy a whole new wardrobe every season. Buy a few cardigans in a few different colors, add some fun tights, and a pair of casual boots, and we have the perfect frugal fall outfit. Works for me. Now, if I can just save a few pennies from the grocery bill and purchase these in the next few weeks before the weather really does turn cooler. Plus for me, Scott likes them WAY better than my fake Uggs. Which he HATES.

2. An anniversary trip to this cute little carriage house in Rosemary Beach. I am tutoring my little heart out in hopes of getting caught up with bills, an emergency fund in the bank, and this place paid for all by Christmas. It will be our Christmas gift to each other. What would be better than a long weekend with the hubby in the very place where we got engaged and honeymooned. I need to print out a photo of this that I can stare at as I spend ALL of my evenings tutoring. (which, I am super thankful for, by the way--the hours, I mean)

3. I am wishing for a clean house. It hasn't been clean, I mean really clean, since my parents came and stayed with Ada while Scott and I celebrated our anniversary back in APRIL!!! While we were away, my mom cleaned my house top to bottom. We're talking every piece of laundry was washed, dried, and folded. A good cleaning is long overdue. Though I can never get it as clean as my mom can get it. No matter what I do.
